ok guys my integra sounds and runs like **** , the timing for the cam gears is wayy off i assume (since thats what people tell me) and white smoke comes out of the back ive captured this video to show you , can anyone help please? also when i rev it sounds really bad and after i go past 5k rpms its shuts off and back fires or pops.

Sounds to me like your on three cylinders. Check your plug and wires

Even if he is on 3 cylinders, it wouldn't smoke like that...

everything is new because when i bought the car it had a lot of leaks and didint run as well. and i just felt that i needed to fix a lot of things , it has a new head/ head gasket(plus the 4 rings for the spark plugs) , new spark plugs/wires . new dizzy . new cam gears ( for some reason my old ones were not the originals , they were from another car so bought some anyways. and thats about it .it ran fine when i bought it . then the dizzy when out about 2 months later which is why i bought new plugs wires and a dizzy. then i was told my number 1 cylinder was out and one of my NEW wires was bad, so i got some NGKs and all of a sudden it starts working again ? (idk) so yea then i put the cam gears on and now im stuck where my car is running like this , it has no power what so ever and if i dont give it gas it shuts off, the dizzy wont even time .
