Too much money, time, and headaches spent to trade engine secrets. That's why you don't see Pro Engine Builders write-ups here on HT. See if you can find a 9 sec All Motor Honda write-up (how to) anywhere on the web.

trust me i know about money these things can consume.not asking for the secrets of your motor i havwe my own.but w/a 98 stroke....that means your rod is "shorter" there for i doubt the r/s is b is better than a h22/h23 set up.which is like 1.50 if that...and you have a longer stroke shorter rod anyway you look at it.i run the #'s and figure it out......but i just simply ask a question and you come off with this crap.
but i am not knocking the set up at and it is very well built that i can see.here is one for you.2.6L w/a stroke of 101mm and a r/s of 1.70 can you say long assssss ROD.

Interested in this block... I would love to use it in a boosted application. How much without the pistons?

Do you know how to build race engines? Do you know Math and Physics? Your 1.7 R/R H22 "dream motor" is possible with 1" deck plate and 2-ring pack piston, but who use deck plates? no body.... can you say HEAVY assssss ROD. Long Rod = too much weight. Most of the fastest times in Honda All Motor records had been done with 1.40 R/R and less. Now a days who cares about R/R. Rod ratio is over rated; supply proof that a shorter rod will decrease horsepower. And why you care so much about about it?
One thing I can say is that this combination here will last longer and produce more torque and horsepower (with less compression) than a 95mm Stroker H22 combo, why? I prefer not to say.

i have built my share trust me do a search......you have obiviously not done your home work as far as heavy *** rod DON'T THINK SO....i also run the howard aluminum rod w/gsr bearing.the deck plate is 1.250
r/s for a drag motor does not matter at all.but the 2.6 L i am building could be driven everyday "but doubt you will even get traction at 10lbs.but hey it will be fun that is for sure.
this motor is capable of making 1k hp if put in the right hands "tuner wize" tony1" jeff evans" bisi knows me.we have talked a bunch and he knows what this set up is very capable of.oh and the piston has all 3 rings, one more thing.
i would hope your motor would make more power over the 95mm stroked h series.hell you have 3mm more stroke.that alone will speak for it self"taking in more air in the same amount of space" there fore producing more hp/tq
one more thing before i go when i reach the 800 hp mark i will then spray starting out at 150+...send me your email and i can send pics if you like.
thats why they call me the MAD SCIENTIST

It is nice when you can buy an already done 1.25" tall deck block, not do any thinking and fill your mouth with it. That's what I call HOMEWORK.

maybe you need to do a search and see who is running off at the mouth...there are pics of the set up on here and a LOT OF ******* HOME WORK WENT INTO THIS BUILD BY ME.......but we cain't really say that for YOU now can we.you are guy who thinks he has the baddest ******* set up on the planet.when i bet the dam thing won't come anywhere near a dam 9 sec. pass.
peopele just simply ask you a question and you smart off with this crap.the whole build thing doesn't matter to me.i made this motor from scratch my work speaks for it self and in time it will be done.
oh and to answer your comment about buying a already made deck plated block yes you can from me.i have sold 4 of them 2 n/a and 2 turbo'd.but they are .750 not 1.25
oh one more thing before i go.you ask me about r/s as everyone knows r/s means longevity to a point.the better the r/s the less side load you have on the bearing.example and no punt intended here.b16 it revs like no tom and it is clean now take a gsr and do it the same way.it does not sound any where near what the b16 does so i cain't put it any clearer to you.i cain't remember the guys name on here.but he drives the n/a teg for clutch masters, saul is his name.
he had the yellow crx w/a 2.6L no deck plate in a crx and was running 10 something.we tallked and he was changing bearings every couple of runs if not every other at the time, because it would literally put such a load on the bearing.ask him your self.
hell even bisi will tell you that the load is gonna be ALOT.the only thing that helps you is those aluminum rods it will take alot of weight off the side load
so anytime you want to say *open mouth insert foot* be my guess.but i do wish you luck on your sale.

i bought his block backdraft for R&D only.i would not run anything rs machine has touched, plus my rods are longer and so is the stroke.but hey to each his own i guess.plus my deck plate is bolted not welded on again just to see how much the sleeves needed to be notched and try other rods as well.....hahaha but that was a good one tho.
