eg bumper interchange?

eg bumper interchange?
Could i use front and/or rear bumpers off a eg coupe to put on my eg hatch?
The fronts look very similiar,dont quite know about the rears,but im have a incredibly hard time finding a hatch with nice bumpers.Thanks in advance.
