I was reading the other WRX vs ITR but no one mentioned any numbers.. What car is faster on the 0-60 and the 1/4 mile. I have seen so many different numbers. Also, what are the whp specs too. I know the WRX looses a lot of hp from the flywheel to the wheel. I am interrested in racing my friend who has a WRX with just an AEM intake. I have an AEM intake, getting the JUN ECU and OBD1 and the thermal exhaust. What do you think the outcome would be. Thanks!

In the 1/4, you will get beat by the WRX but it's all driver. All driver...

 

That ecu extends my rpms to 9600. Which means, every time I shift, i will be above 7500 in the next gear. That shouldnt help me out?

 

NO, because you will be losing power up there anyways. Plus you are going to blow your motor by not upgrading your valvetrain.

 

I've raced a WRX, not officaly, but corners and straight aways, all stock. Damn, it is one fast son of a bitch.

However, a type R is just soo much cooler - and faster - if the WRX was NA; well duh!
