Default Redline Track Events - Streets of Willow - 9/22 & 9/23

Hey guys and gals,

It's time for our yearly weekend event at the streets of willow at the end of September on 9/22 - 9/23. This early Fall event is always popular due to the nice weather and good driving conditions.
I do hope to see you all back at the streets this year.

If you're new to track driving, then the streets is the best track to get your start.
We'll have a full school for you with lots of instruction.

Event Info: http://redlinetrackevents.com/event_Sept_22_23.htm

Thanks, Chris

We are currently putting a car together for http://www.24hoursoflemons.com The car may be ready by this track day and we were thinking about possibly trying to attend for some shakedown runs.

So, my question is about pricing. I saw that it was $140 for one car, one driver. What about 4 drivers, one car.... assuming that we always ran in the same run group, we would just change out drivers over the period of the day. So basically all 4 driver's track time would be equal to a single driver's track time for normal people. Would we still each have to pay $140? or would there be some deal we could work out?

Hey Colin,

We can work something out for your group of drivers.
You won't have to pay the $140 per drivers. We'll cut that way down.
send me an email at chris@redlinetrackevents.com
and we'll get you set up.

I think the Atom fits into our Modified RWD Class.
I'll get back to you for sure.

I signed one of my buddies up about a week or two ago, since my car is still under construction...

Looks like you guys just haven't started listing the drivers yet, ehh?

Should be a fun day... always good times with RedLine

92db is the limit at Laguna.
But that's all right. Everyone needs to strap on the big muffler and deal.
Next year we can get an event that lets us have unrestricted sound.
It won't be to bad for the turbo cars, but NA guys will have to make sure they have a muffler, or resonator. Lot's of people use a "turn down" pipe and that helps a lot.

yah, chances are i'll run FartMachine as Street or modified FF. it has nascar door bar (thus i don't need door panels right?). it is basically a full H1 car but has street plates still. if i read the rules correctly, FM is fully street class compliant. all i need should be center console to comply to Street rules. correct? ohh ,and need passenger seat too.

Yup, sounds good to me. You should have no problems in street, but make sure the car is registered for Street Class. You'll probably do well in Modified as well.

Actually, I never understood why people (most orgs do charge extra for extra driver) charge more for multiple drivers. I think that's not right. It should not matter who drives the sessions... just my 2 cents.(

Yup, we only charge for a spot in a run group

Anyone else thinking about this event?
We still have room.

ok.. here goes...

life long drager who has always loved teh turns and the time has come to attack a road course...

1 question...
we have 1 car and myself and a friend driving... that still $140 and additional $10 per person
so again can we both drive or do we each need to pay $140 while driving the same car taking turns in sessions...

If you and our friend share the car is only one run session, then there is NO extra fee for the second driver. However, if you want to share the car in two separate run sessions, then another drivers fee of $140 would apply.

Let me know if you have any questions
