RSR exmag
the RSR exmag is similar to ws2, correct? I've listened to a couple videos, but it's not the same as hearing it in person. What can you guys tell me about this exhaust?

EXMAG= nice and quiet. Sounds great. My friend had it on his ITR'd 97 hatchbox. It kinda sounds like my stock S2000 exhaust. It's that type of tone. Quiet, deep, just right. Do it. Very similar to world sport sound.

It's an amazing exhaust... the sound is very subtle and it sounds PERFECT. I've heard a ws2 and it sounds great but the ex-mag definitely sounds nicer. Truly a great exhaust and other than major rust problems I loved mine.
Depending on where you live (do you have salt on your roads) you may want to choose a different exhaust. While the ex-mag is full SS it's made out of a cheaper SS (SS409) than other exhausts.
There are basically two widely-used materials out there for stainless steel: SUS304 and SUS409. SUS304 is the stronger of the two and is used by all companies, ranging from Borla to A'PEXi to Spoon Sports to Edelbrock. 409, though, is considered a stainless steel. http://www.suppliersonline.com...9.asp
So in conclusion if you don't have a 'real' winter then get the ex-mag... otherwise get something that is full SUS304.
I have some videos of my ex-mag if you want them.

Just thought I'd add to this saying that the above post isn't right. it may be for the older EXmag but the new one...
Directly from RSR's website:
"Sleek in design, this exhaust system's unpolished 304SUS setup maintains its subtle look while increasing horsepower. With the street enthusiast in mind, this system's mild tone hides the performance gains that many would normally believe are unheard of from a system looking and sound like the Ex-Mag. Designed for the street, the Ex-Mag is ideal in gaining horsepower throughout the entire power band. Its modesty is sure to surprise many, providing performance, style, and sound for every daily driving performance vehicle."

I'm personally going for this exhaust. took me a few months to finally decide. but after reading that apexi's WS2 is made of mild steel instead of stainless I'm sold on the RSR. not I just need to find a place that sells it for a good price...
