Skunk2 Springs on DA
I searched but didn't find anything useful about the Skunk2 lowering springs. Is there anyone running them that could give me some feedback on them. I'm undecided between the Skunk2's(stiffer spring rate but more drop, don't want to be too low and kill the under side of my car), and the Tein S.Tech's(softer than stock spring rate but some cars don't look that low with them). It be good if anyone had pics of a DA dropped on the Skunk2's also. Right now I'm going more towards the Skunk2's because of the spring rates but my main worry is them being too low.
I just installed my skunk2s a couple weeks ago. I like them. It gets a little bouncy at times but in my opinion the drop is just right. They definitely will require some aftermarket shocks. It's still comfortable on stock shocks though. For the price I would definitely choose them over Tein S Techs.
just bought a set of tein stech from weak sauce for like 170 shipped, took like 3 days for them to finish the transaction, im popping em in this Friday, ill post some pics asap
also i heard from alot of people that you can pop the Stechs in with the stock shocks and you'll be fine, and the ride quality on the stechs are pretty smooth when i was sitting in a friends EK with stock shocks.
