Default B16B with no acceleration after VTEC

I recently swapped my D series motor out of my 1992 Civic HB EG. The new motor is a B16B with a Civic Type R bottom and Integra Type R head with a chipped P28 ECU. We took it out for a test drive today. VTEC kicks in and it pulls hard, but as soon as you stop at a red light after hitting VTEC, and you go to give it gas, the motor feels like it has 0 power and the car wont be able to accelerate, it just bogs out.

Once you turn the car off, and then on again, it drives perfectly...until you hit VTEC and have to stop at a light again etc etc

Anyone have any idea's why this might be happening? Thanks!

Your map is not suited for your engine. Tuning time.
