1990 Civic Si tranny, fully rebuilt & upgraded w/0 miles since rebuild

That's my '90 Civic Si PL3 9000 five speed tranny. It was rebuilt 3 weeks ago by Mista Bone (Charles Tague of Bonespec Transmission, Cincinatti OH.) Hasn't been driven since rebuild, has brand new bearings, ISB, seals and shift boot. Gearset & synchros looked great so they're original. The differential was upgraded to a larger '95 EG Si unit and the 2nd, 3rd and 4th gear cones were "scuffed" to promote smoother shifting in higher RPMs. I only polished and painted the case hi-temp aluminum.

Will drop right in and function without any modification in all 1988-1991 manual trans Civics & CRXs.

Bump.

The Si tranny swap is one of the best "bang for the buck" upgrades you can do to a SOHC d-series EF. Its good for a full second or greater in the 1/4 mile vs. DX transmission on a STOCK 88-91 hatchback!
