hello guys, I have 1990 honda accord EX, lately it is shifting the gear randomly I was not able to figure out the problem. Is anybody there to solve this problem? I was having this problem occationally, but lately it is almost continous. The S light comes on when this happens. I try to give gas the RPM goes from 3 to 4. I want to know what happens if I continue to drive.
I tried to locate the fault by getting the trouble code connecting the ECU and the check enigne light is always on. In other words I did not get any short or long blink. I really need help at this point. I have plenty of time to work on my car, since I don't have a job now.
