Default Planning on turbo setup for 2008 ! Need some advice. h22a1 4th gen.

I'm in the Reasearch stage as of now, so any helpful advice would be appreciated. Not ready for a complete teardown, so basically stock bottom end h22a1. No a/c, PS still intact.
My goal would be to hit high 12's running under 8 psi of boost. This will be daily driven. I'm good with my current suspension setup, so no help needed there. Money is going to be a factor in this build, but not so much as to buying shitty parts that crack all day. Looking at the LoveFab Mini-Me Turbo mani, which turbo would be ideal with this Mani ? I hear the stock Fuel setup works fine for this kind setup. I'm in MA area, so which tuning shop should I go with ? Car is a 1993 Honda Prelude h22a1.
Thanks in advance.

p.s. .... Please don't SpoonFeed, I just need the correct path to follow.

The car ........

It'll be long before I can catch up, they'll own Ferraris quicker than I can reach the 10's. I could take a huge loan from the bank, but that would be stupid.

wow.. high 12s with under 8 psi? Im not sure it can be done... =/
Currently, Im running a 7psi wastegate spring w/ conservative tune. 14.6 with a shitty driver. =P

Of course, I think my motor is toast too. But I've got an h22a4 spare block lying around.

thats pretty bad considering people hit that with minor bolt ons.

isn't the lovefab mini me manifold so the mini me motor set up?

btw your not hitting 12's with the stock bottom end on street tires hehe

read in the boost FAQ lots of info to be had there.

You can def hit mid to low 13's with slicks. I have seen high 13's with street tires with people running around 7-8 psi.

BTW 14.6 is just horrible
