hello everybody!! im new to the forum and want help from anybody out there! ive planted a jdm itr in my 92eg last summer and im still having trouble with the ide, oh, so much troublel!!!! in the morning or when the engine is cold the engine starts with the idle around 2000. when i start driving the car, i have to brake down my drive constantly to stop the car from going to quck ( i live on a farm , so the drive to the road is not that smoothe). if i stop in the garage for petrol it sometimes doesnt start till i leave it for 5min or so, then it starts with no probs, but the revs/idle goes down to about 1500. if i would stop again the idle would go down again to 1000, and stop again in a little while, drop down to 600 or so. after that it might start and die again till i leve it fo 5min.
ive tryird cleaning the iac twice and seen if theres a vacume leek but no luck, it seems to be fine??!!!! is it something to do with the P73 or the temp sensor or something?????? im lost, and want some help!!!

 

Sounds normal to me other than the stalling and difficult starting.

Is it running badly? Is the idle fluctuating rapidly?

thanks for replying, i thought everybody was ignoring me! belive me, its not mormal, the idle is all over the place but has the same pattern every day as i described. the engine is running and purring like a kitten but will go up and down in revs a 100rpm or so, you can hear it. she has a rolling road reading of 221.3bhp (i work at a collage and they have a superb mechanic unit there, so everything for free). could you explain what a "fitv" is? thanks to your both for replying. can you help me further, please????!!!!!!
