H22 w/tiptronic in another platform[eg,dc..] other than a prelude?
H22's tiptronic trannys are literally ****... Swapping the tranny ecu wiring would be too much of a hassle. It wouldn't be worth the time/money IMHO. I think i've heard of an h22 auto (not tiptronic) swapped in a hatch.
+1 the one I had in my 97 lude died at 40K miles. Dealer wanted 2k to replace it.

I thought porsches had tip tronic. I thought they called it sport shift on Preludes.... Either way, it can be done but it's just a matter of how well you can read a schematic and fabricate a mount for the trans. My Prelude had right at 200,000 miles on it (1998 model with sport shift) and the trans still shifted great.

auto trannys are HUGE from what I remember.. I dont look at them much.
