Has anyone done an Acura TSX/TL brake swap on an Ep? If so can you post pics and instructions? I'm really interested, thanks

 

I thought about it it wont work according to Len (parts manager from Sonsacuraparts.com) he said they tried it on a TypeS and the bolt patterns off wont fit but i imagine u could possibly fab something for it....they would be awsome though

 

I did the TypeS front Brake swap on the EP last month and its fantastic its on an 04-05 so it all bolts right on no problem

What's the rotor size difference in that? Is it the same size as the TSX, I thought the TSX was a bigger rotor...the calipers swap right over too?

 

I agree with the TYPE-S brake swap onto an EP3. You really can't go wrong and with Cobalt GT or XR series pads, you will stop on a dime on track with the proper tires!

There are some floating around. I've seen one on k-series.com. It's very easy to do though.

the typeS is 11.8 rotor and s2000 calipiers same as the new SI and the EP3R

I'm still kind of lost, so you're saying that the Type S rotors and S200 calipers will fit the EP? Not the Type R but the USDM? Any upgrades needed?

 

ok if u have an 04-05 the typeS **** will bolt right up...the s2k uses the same calipers as the usdm 06+ si and the RSX typeS and the EP3R uses the same rotors as the RSX-S as well....calipers are the same but say typeR on em
