I don't even think it's as low as 10 offset. Looks like something higher. 35 offset just clears the fender on most wheels and these are a little further out than that so might not be as low as 10.
they were 27+ then i flipped the face to the inside of the barrel wich moved it out about 1/2" the fenders are pulled to fit and the rears are rolled and maybe pulled, forgot if we pulled them too... fitting anything under a car isn't hard...
camber is -1.5 is in rear and -2.4 ish front... rear had a camber kit front didn't

i think u are saying it reverse.
with a lower offset the wheels would be pushed out more. wit ha higher offet the wheel will be more pushed into the fenders..
anyways... since he flipped the wheels barrels over then it gave him an even lower offset.. on the integra the +27 looks to be flush but maybe he was using fatty tires on there...
after you guys buy the rims then you can maybe flip them back over to get the +27 back and run 195/45 or 195/50 tires w/ rolled fenders and it should be a siccass flush fitment
