Vtec 2.2 or 2.3L
here's some info I found from searching:
Honda 2.3L motor's:
92-96 H23A2 PreludeAccord 2.3i EDM
93+ H23A3 Accord2.3l EDM
1998 2.3 L F23 (Accord/CL) VTEC
2007 K23A1 RDX- def. not happening unless you got **** loads of $$$
if you had a CB7, the h23a3 would be a good canidate, but since you don't forget about 2.3L motors. Just get an H22 if your looking for a "daily driver killer". They are a hell of alot cheaper and more info/write-ups are available.
2.3L aren't that common in EF's. Actually, I've never seen one. Most people do H22 swap's. IMO the extra 100cc's of displacement is not worth the money.
Either way you go, your going to have to do some custom frabication
Read up in the FAQ's do some searching, and make a decesion.

I am lovin the pics and info. I had an 88' 3dr, in 95'. I did some homemade mods, w/o alot of money and know-how. My stock 1.5 dfi was keeping w/ my buddies semi- built GM 3.1 Beretta. That is where it all began. Now, I want more. It is going to be Jet black, w/ orange stripes up over the top. I would like to get 250 to 275 HP, natural.
Do you think it is possible?

Sure, it's possible. Although, you could get ~400whp with a built turbo sohc.
