engine starting trouble need help

i just got done swapping my b16 dohc obd0 motor an its not firing--i have spark an i also have fuel an everthing is connected an usin a b18 dohc teg ecu...i also tryied to jump the timing but no help

any suggestions..? thank you

HAVE YOU DONE ALL THE GROUND WIRES? CAUSE IF YOU DONT DO THE VALVE COVER GROUND WIRE IT WONT START......

yes all of my grounds r hooked up an my ECU is powered but i found my problem-it ws the ******-rig wiring that was under my dash that i just discoved for the first time. an i got my motr running..Thank you for giving me tips
