Default Quiet Deep Exhaust

Hey, im tired of the loud exhaust, ive just been driving too many cars with them like that.

Looking to get a deep quiet exhaust that is still a great product, suggestions?

Magnaflow, RS*R, GReddy SP2... list goes on and on. Best thing to do is watch videos of different brands on youtube and streetfire.net and see which one you like best.

Do you have a resonator??
Pretty much any after-market muffler will be loud without a good resonator.
As far as cat-backs go, you should look into Tanabe Hyper Medalion, Apex-i World Sport, Greddy SP2... There are a few others that people praise as well.

But I would suggest a nice custom ehxaust system, run 2.5 instead 2.25 piping, a high flow cat, and an 18" resonator. Then you'll have many mufflers to choose from.

And the Mugen piece will be overpriced...

Look a simple yet effective exhaust is basicly anyone with a straight through design. Vibrant, magnaflow ,ES oval are all good cheap mufflers. Add a "22 resonator and you will be very pleased with the results

RSX-S muffler with a 12" resonator (instead of the stock 18")

I got a cat back system from powerflow exhausts. Exhaust note is deep but not loud or irritating. Better performance than stock setup. Their prices are good too. I would recommend them to anyone, great service and product.

I must chime in on this one. I had a couple of Tanabe Hypers and you're right man, they're very very quiet, much lighter than the OEM, stainless, and they do free up a few ponies. Perfect for street. The only thing that bothered me was the tip. I cut it off and replaced it with a smaller diameter tip and eventually ended up painting the muffler flat black. It looked ****. I think it's a great exhaust overall. Definitely nothing ricey about it.

Magnaflow tends to be a bit louder... I've had my share of experience with those as well.
