Need a safe way to do it and not damage paint in the process. tape already removed but left some adhesive stuff on paint and now its solid so need ideas

 

Go to any local body shop and ask them.I use some stuff the body shops use to prep cars for paint.You can try adhesive remover like goof off but just try it on a spot you cant really see first to see if it fades the paint first.

 

Try wd-40. Goof off or goo gone might harm your paint.
