only needs vtec , rear engine mount bolt ,and the idle surges

hes been posting ALL week about this h22 civic he just bought and was workn on-

OP- no rear engine bolt? manggg your risky lol
for the idle surge check your throttle cable, IACV, and also mayb take some brake clean and spray it where the head meets IM- if the idle surges up it means your leaking vacuum
