Default h22 turbo question

i know this may sound stupid to some of you , but i know what i want XD. anyways im looking for a little more power in lower rpms so im thinking turbo.
this is gunna be a Super Budget build, ive done a few d and b turbo setups so this isnt my first build.
im thinking a small dsm or saab 14g any comments?
goal hp 230-250
since im starting with 201.4 whp and 145tq , it shouldnt be that hard XD
is it possible to get full spool on those turbos at 3-4k rpm?
and yeah i know shes gunna fall on her face at the higher rpms im happy with what she has up top its just the lower end power im craving, autox ftw

so any ideas on the spool times or anything post them up :D

the garrett t3 turbo (like the 14g) reaches full boost at 3,300RPM's.. Get that smaller 14g turbo!

If you're gonna post a picture, post one of a hot REAL girl, or a nice car... Goddamn Japanese cartoon freaks!

its not about the sleeper look, using 3-3.5 feet of charge pipe will speed up spool time dramatically.

I know, I hate ebay shitty products too, but I know a lot of friends that have successfully boosted their cars on ebay intercoolers for a year and no problems! Those intercoolers seem to work fairly well for lower boost applications.

what would give you that idea? using a intercooler cools the air going into the engine giving you more hp, im only shooting for a 40-50hp gain.
