Default Installing Header on 91 CRX Si and I a few questions.

Whats up guys. Im in the process of installing a header on my 91 CRX but one of the bolts to remove the Ex. Manifold shield is being blocked by the AC fan.

My questions are:
1) Do I need to remove the whole radiator to install the header?
2) Where is the radiator drain plug? I can't seem to find it.
3) Do I need to remove the bridge in the front to get to the drain plug?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

1. you dont need to remove the radiator, which null and voids questions 2 & 3

but the drain plug is on the bottom of the radiator. Its a little plastic plug

Thanks. How do I remove that bottom bolt off the exhaust manifold? Should I remove the AC Fan?

just stick a freakin 12mm gear wrench on it on take it off! it's really very easy, there is no reason what so ever to remove the ac fan or drain any coolant..........unless you REALLY like wasting time.

New problem. My A/C fan won't go in because the header sticks out more than the stock exhaust manifold. Now im not sure if I should just take off the fan or go back to the stock exhaust manifold.
