ac vent?

ac vent?
alright guys im having problems with my ac vent..its the one in the middle next to the clock and hazard switch..o btw this is a 94 hatch...there is a little flaping sort of vent in the back and it keeps closing from time to time blocking off all the air..why? how can i fix this...
