You have an STD model car.

You can swap just the tranny or swap the whole setup.

What do you want out of the car?

The STD 4spd is a HF tranny with out a 5th.

The axles are the same honda part number either way. Since it is already a manual, you can stick any d series cable tranny you want on it.

Get a 5 spd out of an si.

You can switch the trannys. The axle spline count is the same at the transmission end. The difference is the spline count is less at the hub. You can't use an axle from a DX in a STD or visa versa(unless you change the hubs).
