ok so my setup right now isnt too very much ... cold air, pulley kit, racing header, cat-back exhaust, and high fire spark plugs just as engine work and i was wondering if i put in a new fuel injectors at 680 cc and a top feed fuel rail how much power would i gain or am i just over doing it ... i dont plan on going turbo just all motor and i havent gone k-pro yet which i would do after i put in the fuel upgrade ...
ur not over doing it, but i think you mind need a kpro with the new fuel injectors.. on kpro you set up what kind of injectors you have im not sure if you need it tho try asking somebody on clubrsx.com and they will tell you
You will likely get a LOSS of power just switching out the injectors. The bigger injectors without a tuning solution are going to run pig rich and very likely won't even idle correctly. You are likely no where near maxing out the stock injectors with the mods you have, so there is no point in changing them for larger ones.
Even going NA, you are going to need to do alot of work to require 680cc injectors.

what do you mean by alot of work ... work as in more modifications to the engine itself or certain parts like a turbo kit ...
