This is a warning to all fellow HT members..... A KID by the name of BEAU GOTTI here on HT owes me a title to this integra I traded him almost 2 months ago!!!!!
I drove to Tennessee to trade him my EK hatch. I didnt have the title at the time so I told him that once I got the title I would over night it to him. It took me a little longer than expected to mail it out to him but I mailed it out and he told me he got it LAST SATURDAY. Sooo then why wouldnt you just mail my title MONDAY??? No, he mailed it WEDNESDAY so he says. Still isnt here. It does not take a week for a piece of mail to come from Georgia to Maryland. He also said hes waiting on a steering wheel he ordered off ebay. He has my $400 Sparco wheel that he still hasnt mailed.

Ive been waiting and waiting and waiting for him to mail me the title and my Sparco steering wheel. The kid wont even answer my calls, answer my texts or my messages on myspace or here on HT. Hes a shady mother ****** and if you're reading this BEAU you better rethink your options as to wheere you want to go in life. My lawyer has been notified of the ILLEGAL action you've performed and further legal action will be taken if I dont see this title AND my steering wheel SOON.

If anyone has ANY info on this kid PM me and help a brotha out other wise Im going to hire a PI to locate his *** and get my ****.

dont be a tool my friend, if you need some good info on me, my father works for the FBI in atlanta, im sure you can contact him and he can give you plenty of info on myself

and just to add, the cars were traded july 22nd, which in your post where you bash me in all my threads state it was over 2 months ago, it was less than a month ago, it also took you OVER 2 weeks for you to get the title, which took alot of trust from me mainly because the cars driver side window was broke, and you drove almost 8 hours to trade, and didnt even care about having any insurance on the car, which i didnt say nothing of, but when i didnt receive the title that was supposed to be mailed to me ASAP that following monday, the 24th i think, it was not done, it was last sat. aug, the 4th so that was 1 day shy of being 2 weeks. it has now been 1 week and 3 days since i have received your title, and you saying im scamming you, which the whole time ive waited i never questioned you sending me the title, until you asked for me to send it to you BEFORE i received my title, which was not part of the original agreement, which, i showed you my title the day we traded cars. i could understand you being up set if you sent the title off when you said you would get it, blahblahblah and you still havnt received you title. so please dont threat me with getting you "lawer" into this deal, its not going to scare me, your title is coming to you, and it WILL be there, i dont know when, i dont run the USPS so i cannot say, but just calm out on these threating messages saying im going to want to know the direction i want my life to go, because its not going to affect me, sounds more like you have a guilty consience than anything else

I've already put $800 worth of repairs into this car.

In all honesty, I just want my damn title. If you dont think I wont bring a high price lawyer to your house if I dont recieve my title in a week, think again. No ones threatening you or trying to "scare" you since you assumed this. I dont care your dad is in the FBI. My dad is a United States Special Investigator oOoOooOooOo **** he could be the damn post man for expletive sake and he hasnt seen my damn title!
Im letting you know how its gonna go down if I dont get my ****. You have everything on your end and you still owe me a title and steering wheel regardless of what I've done to you end of story.

P.S. - Please remove my address from your post or I will have a mod remove it... The pictures still dont put the title OR my $400 steering wheel in my hand.

heres an update. I received the title yesterday. This kid told me he SENT the title on the 8th of august. The envelope is POST MARKED AUGUST 14th!!!!!

Look at the date of his post beginning with "dont be a tool".

He still owes me a sparco steering wheel. I will be sure to follow him around where ever he goes on any forum to inform people to NOT DO business with this kid.

I've already had 5 people PM me and tell me about their experiences with this kid and let me tell you none of them are in his favor.

The deal was when you get my title i get my steering wheel and title. You've only come through with half of your end.

And I sent you a message on myspace asking where the expletive is my steering wheel and there was no answer. BTW dont think by telling me youll file a harassment suit against me is going to make me afraid. I've dont nothing wrong accept attempt to collect MY PROPERTY. Nothing illegal about it I've double checked with my lawyer a judge would laugh at you.

I think the worst message sent was actually from YOU stating that if I dont quiet down you have "connections". That sounds like a threat to my life as a matter of fact. I've only threatened you by telling you Im coming to get my car WITH a legal advisor which is 100% LEGAL if you DO NOT follow through with your end of the BILL OF SALE that you SIGNED.

a "filipino" must be stupid then, why the expletive would you do an exchange without leaving with the title to the car? Stupid on both ends if you ask me, not to mention it's illegal to drive around with no title/insurance.

yea well I agree with all of you that Ill never do any business with out titles.

I havent been driving the car since I drove it home from Tennessee. Its highly illegal to drive a car with no insurance or registration which is part of the reason why I've been so heated over the fact that I have a car and I cant drive it.
