follow the lower radiator hose from the radiator. where it connects to the motor is where the thermostats is located. the waterpump will be on the driver side under the covers for the timing belt. you cannot see it without taking out the top cover for the belt. once the cover is off, the first gear on the right that you see on top will be the water pump.

the TOP radiator hose is the hose you follow. the thermostat housing has 3 10mm bolts on it.

the top radiator hose goes from the radiator to the head. the lower one leads to the thermo.

You better look again. Your upper radiator hose connects to the head and has a bleeder screw on it.

The thermostat housing is located at the engine-side of the LOWER radiator hose. All Honda B and D series engines are set up in this manner.

<--- has flushed coolant and changed thermostats several times.

The upper hose attaches to #6 above, which bolts to the head.

The lower hose attaches to the thermostat cover #5, which bolt to the thermostat housing #7, which has a pipe behind it going over to the water pump.
