we did everything correctly, the car was originally the SI vtec 4th gen model so the jdm h22a is obd1 too, we plug everything up, car crank and sometime it want to start up but it won't. the motor came out of my friend h22 integra and it start up and run perfectly when we took it out.

i know that the jdm h22a use an internal distributor, but the 4th gen prelude used a external so we just took the 4th gen h22 external distributor and slap it on.

we check every wires, replace spark plugs, spark wires. even replace main relay.

Car crank and sometime want to start but won't vottage on battery is good.

 

did u make sure that the ground wire is grounded out at the thermostat housing ? and that every ground is hooked up

 

yep thermostat, valve cover, tranny, block, yeh im pretty sure..
