Default Reading Cam specs

I looking to replace cams in my B16B, a guy offered me Cat-Cams stage 3 (www.cat-cams.be) for 400$. Specs are @ 1mm :

Intake : 252/11.75
Exhaust : 241/10.85

Is this a mild, moderate or heavy cam? Worth 400$ ? Better than my stockers ?

i would not buy it for 1) never heard of them. and 2) the profiles you listed is not much better to be spending $400 on. the Civic Type R cam profile is this..
In duration=243@1mm Lift=11.5mm
Ex duration=235@1mm Lift=10.5mm
see not that much of a difference.
