Changing my back brakes
could u elaborate on that part ... the previous times i remember i pushed it wit a long flat screwdriver ( i know low tech put it work) ... since my posts are limited to only five ... i'll just tell the story... so far wat i've done is u know obviously remove the tire n after tat i remove the old inner brake n leav the outer old brake to push it with the screwdriver to compress the piston back into the caliper... and thats where my problem is

You don't "push" rear caliper pistons when they have an integrated parking brake mechanism. You turn them.
Rear calipers are also notorious for freezing up. Unfortunately, remans are a bit expensive (usually about $85 apiece) due to the complication of the parking brake, but parts don't last forever.
