Default installed TSI turbo, engine is gone....

I installed the TSi turbo kit for my civic and it ran for 2 days. put in the new denso plugs and ........booom..... cylinder #3 died. the spark plug broke inside the cylinder, just the tip and part of the parcelon insulation from the inside. Here is a picture....What do you think was the cause?????

Now that I have to get a new engine, should I A) get an EX engine and ECU, or b) stick to another non vtec. ANd if the EX, do I need a new wiring harness as well?

was talking to turbo specialties tech, he thought it might be a faulty black box that may be the cause... I wonder....but why was it running fine with my NGK plugs?? might just have been a cracked plug.
