I own a 95 civic. I keep stalling whenever I put the clutch in. I had to rev it up to 4000 RPMs just to get it started at every traffic light to get it home. Seems to happen most in hot summer weather. Had the same problem last summer - changed out the spark plugs and it was ok until now. I checked the spark plugs this time and they are fine. It's definitely getting fuel because I was able to get it home. All shops I've brought it to can't find the problem. Any ideas?
