Default switching block

hi guys i have a 95 honda accord vtec sohc. recently i spun a bearing in my block. i just bought a new block(f22b2) with low miles on it. And also i pick up a clutch casue my old one was slipping. I wanted to know what thing on the motor do i need to replace like timing belt and all that good stuff, i did a tune up b4 i blew the motor up so all thats stuff is taking care of. i just need to kno what can i resuse and what stuff need to get new so i can save some money thanks..

just because you spuna bearing doesnt mean the motors completly junk.. you can save things like the head, tghe block, you could even be cheap and save things like you water pump...take advantage and do a timing belt if the one on your new motor looks bad...
