ok so im planning on retro fitting some s2k projectors on my ef8 headlights. i searched but i could not find the thread. i know it is here on ht becuase i ran into it last year. i am just hopeing that someone could direct me to it perhaps someone that is subscribed to it. i am going to keep searching for it hopefuly someone could post the link meanwhile i look for it. thank you i appreciate it.

 

i remember that thread as well, he used some type of acura HID into an ef8 housing.

I tried searching for the thread but could not find it...I would like to see this because I am planning on doing this as well.

 

All they did was heat up the housings and separate the lenses. then wet sanded down the ridges inside and kept working with finer sandpaper till it was just a clear lens where the projectors would be behind. mounted the projector and sealed it back up.
