Default cable clutch

i have a 90 integra with a ys1 cable tranny. i replaced the tranny and now im trying to connect the cable to the clutch and its not holding tight. clutch keeps falling to the floor. when i try tighten the cable it still does the same thing... can ne one help me out

YS2? theres only a ys1(assuming you have the 92-93 tranny). are you sure your connecting it right? you might want to check and see if the cable is connected to the pedal, they sometimes pop off when the cable is disconected and moved around.

BTW is the throw-out bearing in correctly?

if the cable's installed right than make sure u have the clip that holds the TOB installed correctly too.
