factory honda splash guards from http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com is the cheapest. majestic offers them for $48 per splash guard.

San Leandro Honda (http://www.slhondaparts.com) has them for $39. I checked Majestic. The $48 you're quoting is for a set. Honda doesn't sell mudflaps individually.
