ok just would like to know what the max pressure I should be getting at the fuel pressure regulator on a 98 civic ex 1.6 sohc vtech engine I installed a 255cc walbro fuel pump and blew my stock pressure regulator and I am getting a after market adjustable pressure regulator and need to know what what stock psi is

 

35-40psi should be good enough....

it's "vtec"

i don't think you will be able to hit the stock pressure level, which is 38-46 psi with the hose disconnected. that fuel pump flows at too high of a feed pressure.

i think you'll need an FPR like this https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=2060118 which has a bigger bore return orifice to handle the higher feed pressure. what happens is the feed pressure of the pump is high, and the pump can't get the fuel out of the reg and to the return fast enough, so the pressure always stays high, probably in the 55-60 range.

 

do you know the fuel pressure for a b18a1, in a 1990 integra. i have a aftermarket fpr.

same range- if you are around 40-42, you are in stock range.
