Default filter or short ram?

The price for the K&N drop in filters is too f*cking high, around $70, I might as well add some money and get a short ram intake or something.

What do you guys recommend getting? Filter? Short Ram? or the K&N version of short ram (is there such a product?)?

Ohh yeah, is the filter on AEM Short Ram reusable? Thanks!

the filters on aem intakes are k&n. if you want the most power get a cold air intake, a short ram is still better than than a filter in a stock intake though.

You are better off getting the stock replacement filter than a short ram intake.
Try Comptech it should be about $58

thanks, but I don't want to use the CAI, because it is too much work to install. Anything harder than the short ram is too hard for me, just lazy.

Which one would you pick for an automatic integra?

K&N Drop-in Filter $70.50

or

K&N Typhoon Intake $141

wow, k&n RU-2820 is much cheaper than the E-2427. Will it fit 98 Integra GS?

if it's between your two choices of drop in k&n or short ram, i'd get the short ram. easy to install, and generally higher flow.
