yeah like the topic says i checked fuses under the hood. all lights are on including third brake light...thank you for reading!!

 

nevermind i figured out the prroblem .....its a cable that pulls when braking....located on top of brake pedal .....i must of braked too hard and caused it to snap.it won retract thats why tail light plus THIRD BRAKE LIGHT was forever on...thanx foe reading anywaiz!!!!!!!!
