92 accord - Sunroof shade removal

i'm doing a colour change on my 92 cb7 EXR. I removed the head liner and everything else that is that sucky tan colour. The only thing I cant remove is the sunroof shade. Is there a way to remove it without taking out the whole sunroof?

Generally, the sunroof has to be removed to remove sunshade.
