I already posted on another honda site about this, but im lookin to get an answer smoewhat today. I have a 90 EX, sohc F22, i read up on the surging idle link on their site, which brought me here, it was showing for a B16 civic swapped motor however. I found the IACV on the FRONT of the throttle body, wehtn to the JY, got another, cleaned it out with electrical cleaner, and put it back together, (the stuff i got, you can shake it, and it will pressureize, well some was leaking out the top plate where you can access the white plate you need to tighten (which i already did), should this be leaking? If not, what can i use to seal it?
