I was reading about installing front and rear sturt bars and it said to tighten them to 22-33 ft-lbs for the rear and 33 ft-lbs for the front, what do they mean by that and how do i measure it? Ive never heard of this.

 

nevermind...I read about torque wrenches and I guess I need one.
