i have a 92-95 ex cluster with tachometer. no cracks no scratches.it has a 144,xxx miles on it. its for an auto but doesnt matter works fine in a manual.

theres no difference besides the letters in the middle its more of a mental thing.

 

i have checked it out and it seems brand new

 

put it up on ebay, you'll get close to what you want
