I know tein offers the SS coilovers for the crx, and the SS are compatible with the EDFC but on the Tein site it says it's not available for the EF. Does anyone have it on there CRX or is there some kind of clearance problem?

 

I think, to use the SS dampers with the EDFC on an EF you need the pillowball upper mounts

Yes, the TEIN Type SS w/ Pillowball Uppermounts is compatible with EDFC. I ran it on my EF 4dr, so it should work in your CRX. In fact, I have the whole setup for sale right now if you're interested.
