Red-line and launch help pls

Hi, im kinda new with launching my 2000 civic si coupe. It has AEM CAI, DC sports 4-2-1 headers, and Tsudo exhaust. I was wondering whats the right shifting points and whats the redline at? i was running against my cousin and my car seems like it wont go pass 7000 rpm. any one know the shift points? let me kno please thanks!

The shift points? Whenever you want to shift into the next gear. Redline 8200.
