i got a rsx radio off my friends base model. i installed it in my 92 civic.

my question is.....

does everything light up amber?


where i circled is the only part thats lights up amber.



if everything lights up amber. can you guys tell me which wire i should be checking?

or if yyour guys have a wire diagram i can look at.

Yeah in the rsx everything lights up red, numbers and all, the display should be red aswell, if I remember correctly. I took mine out years ago lol.

But here's the wire listings for each radio harness

92 Civic:

02-06 RSX w/o Bose
LF SPEAKER grn/blk - lt. green radio or amplifier *6
RF SPEAKER grn/yel - gry/red radio or amplifier *6
LR SPEAKER blu/wht - blu/blk radio or amplifier *6
RR SPEAKER pink - blu/yel radio or amplifier *6
RADIO 12V white/red + radio
RADIO GROUND black - radio
RADIO SWITCH yellow/red + radio
RADIO ILLUMINATE red/black + radio
POWER ANTENNA brown (amp turn on) + radio

besides turnin the radio off, is there an actual way to pause a cd in an 03 rsx-s?

i love it. no more after market radio for me......unless its an alpine.
