Default smoking problem

my d16z6 has a smoking problem it smokes when it's cold and
when it warmes up it smokes in the high rpm and most right before i
shift
any help would be helpful so as i'm not just buying parts

Mine does that, but only when you really tromp it and not very long or thick. I just thought it was carbon buildup.

I would like to know what black smoke means too.
