Default Girdle for LSVTEC

I want to get either a KMS or Endyn girdle for my LSV build and I know I need a GSR/Type R crank cover, oil pickup, windage tray and main cap bolts.

My question is do I need the GSR/Type R main caps or just the screws to use with my B18 main caps? Are the B18 and GSR/Type R main cap screws the same lenght?

Any opinions on the KMS girdle which is cheaper than the Endyn unit?

I just put a GSR girdle on a B20, the parts I used are:
GSR
Oil Pan
Oil pickup
windage tray
2,3,4 main bolts, the Ls ones are to short
Machined #3 Ls main
Machined GSR Girdle

If your going with aftermarket I would ask them about the installation specifics, they should be able to tell you.
good luck

I didn't modify the main caps for the dowels, planning to keep the rpms south of 8K It's a DD and I'd like it to last a few years

its pretty easy if you already have the girdle and access to a cnc mill or a manual mill with a boring bar. but you cant just drill and ream the existing holes because the drill will follow the bolt holes and they are not exactly in line with dowels that go into the block.
