What size screws do I need to put on a front lip
I have a 93 accord and I have an OEM front lip I would like to put on.
What screw size do I need and since my bumper never came with a front lip, do I need to drill holes?

You shouldn't have to drill.
I just checked http://www.hondapartsdeals.com, and according to them, it's a 4x16 self tapping screw. It also mentioned 5x20 but it's hard to see on the pics.
I made a funny I said according lol

Went to the dealer, apparently there are quite a few screws to buy, at $2 each I'm trying the hardware store.
I went to the hardware store for 4X16, but was unable to find any.
Is that the right size?

Self taps are kinda like threaded at the end so when you put them in whatever material they tap their own thread.
Here's a few pics of the self taping srew:

and a sizing chart:

Be careful not to get them too long and they should have stainless steel ones to avoid corrosion and rust

I think 4 is the size of the head of the the screw and 16 is the thread size. I'll check and let you know

I know it doesn't mean it's 4 inches long, but I don't know what it means.
Did you look for 5x20 by any chance?

Here's an exact pic of the ones I used on my Mugen style lip:
The ones I used were roughly 2-3 inches long I think, I can take pics since I still have some left over but it will have to wait till tommorow when I can post them up for you.

According to wikipedia, 4x20 indicates that 4 is for 4mm, and 20 means that it advances 20mm for every 360 rotation.
That is what it says for ISO metric screw threads, have no idea if that applies to this situation or not.
Sorry if it's not the right answer man, trying to help though

No bolt needed the threads along the side of the screw keep it from falling back out. You could ask the hardware guy for a nut and washer if you really wanted to secure it though.

You may be right on the length my lip was for a 5th gen also, so they should be about the same I can't confirm the length and width till I get home though sorry.

About that size, yes.
I'm assuming there are the mounts on the bottom of the bumper for the screws?
Or are you drilling directly into the bumper? Just so we have things straight
