Default gauge problem

i have a 02 odyssey and im having problems with the brake light on the gauge cluster.when im driving it turns on and off and sometimes it will just stay on what can this problem be?also my srs light recently turn on also

The most common reason that the brake indicator on the guage cluster comes on is because the float in the brake resevoir is too far from the top. Usually, worn brake material and low brake fluid level causes this to happen. I'd check it out since it's also possible you have a brake fluid leak.

It is possible to have an electrical issue but it is unlikely. It is also possible that the float has a hole or crack in it and has sunk in the fluid. This is also a bit unlikely.

I'd have the SRS system checked out. The DTC will tell in what system the problem is located. Have it diagnosed and repaired. It's an important system and should not be overlooked.
